ref. has been
researching and consulting on labour market issues for many
years now. This balance between research and consultancy is a
specific feature of our approach.
We have performed research on mechanisms that determine wage and
employment levels and on industrial relations agreements
formulated under the 1993 income policy framework. Clients who
have commissioned recent research include: Cnel, Unioncamere,
Isfol and Cesos.
In our work we have provided consultancy to firms, central and
local government administrations and employers associations on
collective bargaining at sectoral and local level. It has also
regarded personnel planning, design of occupational profiles and
the analysis of job roles in firms and public administrations.
